ADHD & Neurodiversity in Adults

Understand your unique neurobiology, embrace your strengths, and develop practical strategies for the challenges of everyday life, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

Understanding your brain.
Working with it – not against it.

Many adults discover only later in life that ADHD or other forms of neurodiversity may explain lifelong patterns such as difficulty focusing, emotional intensity, sensory sensitivity, procrastination, or feeling "different."

Neurodiversity is not something that needs to be fixed. It reflects a different way of processing information, emotions, and the world. While this can present challenges in environments designed for neurotypical ways of thinking and working, it is often accompanied by unique strengths such as creativity, curiosity, pattern recognition, empathy, and innovative thinking.

Neurodivers Approach

In therapy, we work together to better understand your individual neurobiology, reduce the impact of everyday challenges, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical strategies that fit the way your mind works.

My approach combines Integrative Psychotherapy, systemic methods, trauma-informed therapy, and EMDR where appropriate. I also offer guidance on lifestyle and micronutrient support as part of a holistic understanding of mental wellbeing.

Whether you have a formal ADHD diagnosis, suspect you may be neurodivergent, or are navigating life with AuDHD or related challenges, therapy can help you develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and confidence in your own way of being.
